Georgia based Callnet Technology which is also wifing Madison city will build and is ready to entirely finance the whole project. Going with the usual norm Callnet will sell the service to small internet providers who in turn will resell different packages to the users.



A presentation from Callnet to the committee of city officials is due in couple of weeks.
