Divine has launched a new Wi-Fi service that enables you to use the same account for most of the UK’s Hot Spots. The company is claiming that no other similar service is currently available in the world, in which you can use the same account for more than 15,000 hotspots.

Another unique feature of the service is that you pay only for the time you surf. That means that if you only want to access the service for 10 minutes just to check your Email then you don’t have to pay the minimum fees, which mostly is for an hour of surfing. The service bears a price of 8p per minute. That is much cheaper than that charged by BT OpenZone, who charges a minimum amount of £6 per hour.

Divine’s CEO Guy Rosenhoiz commented that,

“If you have 20 minutes to spare whilst waiting for a train the last thing you need is to spend half of your time registering for a service you are unlikely to use again.”

The company is also offering a monthly tariff plan for more frequent users. The vouchers for the service will be available at high street retailers from January 2007.
