In today’s world of computers, nothing is ever fast enough and once a technology gets the name fastest then its counterpart breaks the limits.
The products bearing the ‘Draft N’ designation are claimed to be the fastest Wi-Fi routers on the planet. If you want better coverage throughout the house or are using Internet phone then such routers will surely offer you some advantages.
Currently the fastest routers are 802.11g, which offer you speeds on the range 54Mbps but breaking all limits this new standard will offer you whooping speeds in the range of 300Mbps and can go to 540Mbps in the near future.

In addition under normal conditions that is with clear skies and no walls in between the normal 802.11g routers give you a range of 300 feet before losing a signal whereas, an N standard router gives you 1400 feet under the same circumstances.
The reason for this is that the N standard routers employ three transmitters and three receivers and employ a technology named MIMO (multiple-input and multiple-output).
The Draft N routers have additional antennas and boast of ‘4 times the range and 12 times the speed’.
Draft N routers come in a variety of price ranges from $150-$200.
