Canada based Wi-Fi Company AlphaShield has announced the new AS-8800 range of Wireless Routers that make mincemeat of any ceilings or walls in between.
The router has a foot coverage of 1.2 Million Sq Feet thanks to the Power-G Technology that has been integrated in the Router that gives the router a Whooping 20 Times the coverage area as compared to other Routers of the same class.
The amazing power provided to the Router allows the Wireless Signal to pass through the concrete walls and ceilings of your home and enable you to surf at a speed of 108Mbps over a distance of 1,200 feet indoors and 3,900 feet outdoors.
Other features of this amazing Wi-Fi Router are: five Gigabit Ethernet Ports, Firewall, USB Print Server and VPN support and all other functions that are available in the standard routers.
With so much under the hood the Router is priced at just $250 and is all set to launch in January 2007.
